-Look for the 'Scan Exhibitor' button on your Home page during the event period. One tap opens your camera to scan a QR code, instantly launching the exhibitor's detailed profile. Discover company information and products in seconds.
-Upload your ID card or passport to pre-register your photo e-badge. Get verified before the Hong Kong International Diamond, Gem & Pearl Show and/ or Hong Kong International Jewellery Show 2026 and walk straight in, bypassing the on-site verification queues.
Program issue fixing and user experience enhancement are also included in this release.

In this release, you can now use your People’s Republic of China passport to pre-register your photo e-badge. Get verified before the Hong Kong International Diamond, Gem & Pearl Show and/ or Hong Kong International Jewellery Show 2026 and walk straight in, bypassing the on-site verification queues.
Program issue fixing and user experience enhancement are also included in this release.

This release introduces a new note taking function to help you stay organised and personalise your event experience! Simply scan an exhibitor’s QR code in the fairground or search your interested exhibitors from the exhibitor list to jot down important details, reminders, or follow-ups directly.

This release introduces some new features to the e-Floorplan and Message Centre. You can now easily view the locations of all your favorited exhibitors on the floor plan with one click to plan your visiting routes more effectively. Also, you can stay organized with our new 'Awaiting Response' toggle in the Message Centre, which allows you to filter and priorities messages that require a response.
Program issue fixing and user experience enhancement are also included in this release.

- In upcoming October fairs, you can chat with selected showcase exhibitors instantly by scanning their NFC tags on the fairground

- Tapping the push notifications cannot open the notification content page
- Showing error message when scanning Tap & Chat NFC tag after checking in trade fair by e-Badge
- Unable to open PDF attachment in RFQ page in some devices
