I downloaded the USHUD app to start looking for homes, and it’s been such a game-changer. The listings are clear, easy to search through, and I love that I can browse directly from my phone without jumping between a bunch of sites. The app makes it simple to see what’s available in my area and I was able to connect with an agent quickly after finding a property I liked. What stood out to me was how fast and responsive everything was. If your serious about buying a home this app if definitely worth it. It saved me time, gave me great options and made the whole process feel a lot less overwhelming. Highly recommend to anyone starting their home search.
Garbage, badly designed app.

First you spend time selecting the state and county want to search in. Then as soon as you selected you are required to fill out a form with your name, phone number, and price range. The form says you have to fill out this information to "prequalify" you to buy a government foreclosure. It's just a personal data grab. Once you fill out the form, you have to restart your search all over again. Every home listings shows a bunch of tiny some nails of the photos that you can't click on or zoom in on to see in any detail whatsoever. The text for every listing is over written by some other text from part of the listing so it's literally illegible. While in the middle of trying to figure out this app I got a spam phone call, followed by a text message from the first real estate agent listed on the app. He texted me in Internet shorthand which isn't super professional. So I recommend putting a fake phone number or your Google voice number if you really wanna check out this crappy app.

First time I opened this app by accident and immediately tried to close. It locked my screen at the allow notifications screen and no matter what I clicked allow or don’t allow was just stuck there. Wouldn’t let me me do anything no matter how long I clicked allow or don’t allow. Couldn’t answer phone calls, couldn’t text couldn’t close the app nothing. Couldn’t turn off my phone, nothing. Had to get my phones battery removed by a technician to force the phone off. Thank god that worked and upon my phone restarting immediately deleted the app.
Can’t even look at a property

After going through and selecting a state, county, and city it takes you to a pop up to fill in personal info to “prequalify” which is just to get your info so they can start spam calling you. After you get through all that and see the listings, try and hit the “Details” button on a property and it doesn’t even load. It spins and then just sits on a black screen. I’ve tried looking up multiple states and every single listing shows no photos and just black screens. The app is garbage at best. A grab for information and waste of time.
