The company and this app are useless. Every time I order something through the app, I have to call someone to get my rewards turned into points, so it’s can use them to purchase my items. I had a bunch of points saved up over the past year and now they’re all gone, thanks to GNC cancelling 3 separate orders in a row and not giving me back my points. On top of that, if I go to the physical store, they either don’t have what I’m looking for in stock or they’ll use my points automatically, even though I said nothing about using them. I think since I’ve had to call literally every time I place an order, they’ve flagged me or something, even though every time I call is due to some technicality on their end. now I can’t even get an order sent to my house. I’m so done with GNC. I will not be renewing my membership to this company. The past year has been nothing but problems, except for one person I deal with at the mall occasionally when I have to go buy single cans because I didn’t get my order (I have gotten all of them in the past, except the last 3). I wouldn’t even know this person if they’d just get my order sent in a timely and seamless manner. That doesn’t happen, now I have to find another place to buy my drinks and vitamins.
