After the trouble of changing from the old online banking to the new platform, it is great! I've been able to see all my external accounts including 401ks, student loans, and credit cards, on this as well as my RCB accounts. It takes a few minutes to get it all set up to link everything together but it's worth it afterwards. However, the reason some external accounts that don't automatically update is because of those specific companies' verification processes not allowing the app to remember the login info, so maybe all the other accounts will change that to allow updates to happen.

It’s made things insanely easy to stay ‘in the know’ with your account/s whether it’s personal account issues; upcoming dates to be aware about and the normal daily activity. The convenience of it being available anytime for the main part is beyond handy and gives you a peace of mind. Anytime the app will be down, you are notified. This app is very self explanatory but the amazing people at our bank have always been amazing to guide if there were ever any questions with it as well.

This app is OK except that they just send you a text 3 times a day rather than giving you real time notifications. The notification they do send has no useable information so it is basically just a reminder to get on and check your account. The notifications just say you have so many pending items and so many posted. Yet, this rarely matches what your account says. They want you to use your debit card but won’t give you real time notifications so you can watch for fraud. This is extremely irritating and has me just about ready to change banks. Their old software gave you real time notifications. I don’t understand why they ever changed and why they can’t fix this one. My suggestion is use a different bank!!!

Great app, especially since the update. I love that I can now add external banks so that I can see my all my account balances in one place. Transferring between accounts is easy peasy and mobile deposit is simple and easy to use. I love that I can just use faceID but if you do happen to get logged out and need to change your password I find it easiest to just call your local branch and kindly ask them to reset it. They’ll let you know the user name and what the temporary password is. :)
