If you choose delivery, our couriers will bring the food you've been lusting after right to your door. Dreams really do come true.
HOW IT WORKS
First, enter your address (home/ office/ treehouse). Then, choose your favourite restaurant and place an order. They’ll prepare your food and once it’s ready, our courier bring it to you. If you need something to watch, you can track your rider in real-time. Then you eat. Food goals.

During my first visit to Stockholm, I had to order food delivery to my hotel due to work commitments. The app indicated that my order was delivered, but the hotel staff never received it. When I reached out to the Help Center, I received a generic response that seemed like a template, claiming that my issue was a "recurring one" and that a refund could not be issued. This response was nonsensical since it was my first-ever order with the service. Clearly, no investigation was conducted. Believing it might be a bug, I ended the conversation and initiated a new one. However, I received the exact same automated response repeatedly, without any chance to explain my situation. Eventually, I connected with a real person who seemed to be looking into the issue but ultimately gave me the same response. The representative's attitude was dismissive and rude, stating, "we will not change our decision to issue a refund."This experience has been utterly frustrating and disappointing. I expected better customer service and resolution from the company.

I’ve had my phone number for 2+ YEARS and it runs out the previous person who had my phone number YEARS ago had a foodora account — so when I signed up and tried to apply vouchers meant for new customers, they would not work. Had to waste time speaking to 4 different customer service people via two mechanisms (first their chat function in-app, then they made me start the process over again via emailing support) — and after all that, there was no resolution and they refused to even grant me a different voucher of similar value, despite 100% of this issue being their stupid app’s fault. Deleted app without ever ordering. AVOID!!!!!
The map will send your orders to the wrong restaurant

I clicked on a restaurant near me for a pickup order. The map instead loaded a different restaurant (Same chain, different location) and then sent the pickup order to a restaurant 45 minutes away.Foodora customer service refuses to take responsibility for this issue, even though I have been able to replicate the error on multiple devices. The customer service department states that it is not their responsibility to ensure that the locations of restaurants on their own maps actually correspond to the locations of real restaurants.Use another service.

This is the worst app I’ve ever used the customer service is terrible and so beyond unhelpful I am thoroughly disappointed in the service (or better to say lack of) that I received. I have tried everything to verify a phone number, I did the same thing as the person next to me yet somehow theirs works and mine doesn’t. I can’t believe someone was able to open a business with such a horrid application to go with it. I have used every other food delivery service in multiple countries and never have I run into one that is so useless.
