I have been watching videos and playing games to earn points for the yuan payouts. Well I had a great streak going for the 50 for 50 and haven’t missed a day until today when that section to even get the points won’t pull up and is no where to be found. Very disappointing as I worked hard and spent a lot of time to earn these rewards that I’m now going to lose.

I'm not sure what is going on in the review section, with all these seemingly fake reviews written in terrible English. I'm usually extremely picky and wary of bad Chinese apps. I hardly use any. But Meituan is one of the few of them that not only integrates virtually all the everyday services in one big app, offers good customer service, DOES NOT keep requiring ID verification and re-logins nor care so much who you are. I order food, buy groceries, book car rides, 跑腿，rent bikes, call cabs and even book hotels on this thing. The food delivery is so cheap and I can get most supplies delivered like food. Never had any problem paying for things, and when there was any complaints, Meituan compensated me. It's also full of coupons, so sometimes I get a lot of good deals. So I really don't think any of these latest comments are genuine or honest. It is one of the best local-service apps you can use. And this is coming from someone who is critical of most Chinese apps. Are these strangely negative comments politically motivated or something? Don't believe them. Try it yourself first. That said, you do need to know Chinese to understand it. It is literally the best service app than any other platform I have used. Only thing I don't like is how busy the screen because they offer so many services and discounts. That's it.

I used the delivery function of this app, but realized I wrote the wrong info so canceled my order in time. Talked to the restaurant and they agreed to give me a refund. However, the service team of this app eventually refused to give me a refund despite the restaurant cooperating. Even when I first chatted with the platform they agreed to give me a refund and even said they processed the refund. But a minute later they totally denied it. This is unacceptable, I mean as a platform when both the customer and the restaurant agree to cancel an order you should have the order canceled!!!! The attitude of the service team was so passive aggressive that they simply just ended the chat. This is literally the first time I got “hanged up” by an agent from a platform simply because they refused to service me. In the end I never received the meal that’s supposed to be delivered and wasted more than a hundred. Will never use this platform ever again!!!

I used the delivery function of this app, but realized I wrote the wrong info so canceled my order in time. Talked to the restaurant and they agreed to give me a refund. The Meituan food delivery platform, through the information gap of the platform software, deliberately shows different prices on the user end, merchant end and rider end respectively to obtain the profit from the price difference. It acquires passenger flow through various paid publicity methods on the platform to squeeze the profits of merchants, resulting in merchants being forced to seek low-cost catering processing ingredients, which causes potential food safety hazards or forces some potential high-quality merchants to withdraw from the market. It squeezes the profit of meal delivery for riders. Riders, in order to seek higher income, have to increase traffic safety risks to save time costs. Among them, riders and the software platform only have commercial cooperation rather than labor relations, which is an intentional avoidance of labor relation risks. This platform no longer conforms to any law of social development.
