You won’t regret trying this app.To get pro, it’s a one time purchase of two dollars. Amazing. I haven’t got pro but there’s so many colors to choose from for events already. I want to support this app, because I’ve had this app for only like ten minutes and I’m so impressed. I’ve downloaded probably like 20 similar apps about time management or self care scheduling, but this is the first app to really impress me. I am impressed mostly because of its simplicity and convenience. The settings are easy to understand and simple. When it finished downloading, I opened the app and without hesitation there it was. Waiting for me. No mandatory tutorial or anything, I could just get right to work. It’s very easy to add blocks.I’ve read some reviews about bugs, so if I encounter any in the future, I’ll come back here and update. But I have high hopes. I am probably going to get the pro once I fully try it out and I’ll update here about it as well. But this is totally free. However, before you get this app, know that one of the features for only pro is notifications. This app is fine as is and doesn’t need any cluttering unnecessary features added onto it, but this app does have room to go somewhere with this idea. Maybe in the future adding a calendar function, etc.But as is, I’m impressed.

I would have given the app 5 stars but after using the app for a few weeks, a discovered a couple issues with the app. I’m a second grade teacher, and I’ve found this app to be very helpful in organizing my busy and varied daily/weekly classroom schedule. I use it as a reminder when students are pulled out of the classroom for things like Speech, ELD, Reading Intervention, etc., or to take the class to the library, PE, recess, and lunch. I found the app relatively easy to set up and use. I especially like the color-coding option when setting up different events/tasks. However, the app could be even more useful with a couple of tweaks. First is in the area of notifications: when I first started using the app, it sounded notifications when each daily event occurred. But recently it quit sounding the notifications. I’ve checked my settings and audio, and everything seems to be set correctly so I’m not sure why notifications quit sounding all of a sudden. Also regarding notifications: though the app has a nice selection of sounds, they were too short and not very loud (yes, I checked volume levels on my iPad and on the external speakers I’ve connected to the device.) One solution would be to have the sound repeat itself two or three times and for it to be the same volume level as the sample notification sound you hear when you select the sound you want to use. The last tweak would be that the app could store additional schedules rather than just the one primary schedule. This would be helpful for when the school has minimum days, assemblies, and the like.

I love it, the colors, the simplicity, the structure. I also love the ability to have it sync with my iPad. I normally write Down my task in an agenda, and if I lose that little book... And it’s better than a paper list cause it’s always on my phone, and I take my phone everywhere so I always have my schedule handy. I highly recommend this app for anyone who has a hard time keeping schedules and routines straight in their head.
