This app barely works. I’m in Spain and it gives me notifications in German without the option to change the language. I requested parking for a maximum time of 2hrs and 14min, after finalizing the ticket it only gave me 35min and no option to extend it. I’ve tried it multiple times through out the day and it’s the same thing every time. Thankfully it doesn’t charge me the full price for that time and only the exact value but I can’t keep opening up the app every 35min to purchase ticket after ticket. Why give the option for 2hrs and then force the minimum after finalized the ticket. It’s more of an annoyance then anything. I just don’t want to have to worry about the time while traveling. The options make no sense. Also, it says there’s options in other languages in the App Store, but when in the app there’s no selection at all. I can’t even count how many times I went over the app itself. Now I’m just venting out of frustration. I wish there was more of an explanation.

In case you recaive still german messages, enter in www.prestoparking.com in your personal web account, there you can alter the language sent from server. In case to user registers the service having the IOS in any other language than the offered ones the account language is set to default German. This is the reason behind your observation. Regarding the ticket issues: I think, you are stopping the ticket immediatelly, this is why you only get the mínimum.
