I want to add my card to Apple wallet. It’s a simple and a straight forward process, as all you have to do is to click “add to Apple wallet” button inside the app. I did that and received an error message. Tried again several times, same story. Called the customer services and was told to “reinstall the app.” Did that but it didn’t solve the problem. Called the customer service again, and was told that there is something wrong with my brand new iPhone. Hey Swedbank, all other cards on my phone work just fine. Maybe there’s something wrong with your app!? Think about that.
