This is a very useful service that was well organized with very good communication.I had an important medical procedure that I needed a driver for. The clinic does not allow Uber, Lyft, taxis, etc. The driver needed to come into the clinic with me so the clinic could verify I had a driver as the procedure was sedated.Driver was caring, professional, relaxed, just what was needed in the situation.Great idea for a service and the right person to make it work its best.

As most viewing this app, I was at first concerned about the mixed reviews. However, I decided to give it a go for a special occasion and I could not of had a better experience! The Chicago driver I had was Maurice, and he made me feel like my humble Kia Forte was a top of the line Lincoln Town Car. Maurice was exceptionally professional during the entire nights’ affairs. He was a godsend helping with the last minute stops I needed to make (one including picking up a friend also attending the event whose transportation fell through!) in a timely fashion so I was still on time to my event! I enjoyed myself without worry on my rare night out knowing I would be able to get myself and my good friend home safely at the evening’s end. I could not stop recommending this service through the night!

You can’t even get the rate before they force you to input exactly the make and model car you want. How the heck do I know what cars are available? Then it wants your credit card before showing the rates.
