On a recent trip it was unusable offline. Online, it worked fine - I was able to download all the weather maps that I needed and it all looked fine. Then when I tried to use it in the plane - zippo. Freeze, crash. Rinse and repeat. Tried the double click/close thing several times - nothing. Totally useless. But then, the next day, after downloading new weather, it worked just fine.Surprising that this can't be easily fixed.
Impossible billing practices

I have used this app for several years and from day one my only complaint is their accounting / billing. They do not have a normal pay portal, they require electronic wire transfer which is a 35$ fee to me from my bank or a mailed in check which they have failed to process several times where I had to mail in replacement checks that resulted in overpayment. Now they are claiming I did not pay 2 invoices from a year ago…. Impossible to deal with. I canceled my subscription

I like the recent turbulence insight additions- SkyPath few months back and IATA EDR last week. Occurrences are getting more frequent, so these are great to have
No zoom in opt

Still no zoom in option. NOTAMs, METAR and TAF is too difficult to read due to very small fonts. Very hard to use for users who wear reading glasses. This option has been requested for years, but was still ignored.
Smart NOTAMs: View critical notices grouped by category (runway closures vs. taxiway conditions) for faster review.
ARINC 840A compatibility: Share flight plan data across different EFBs with fewer clicks via supported URLs.
Customizable font sizes: Adjust text to ‘Medium’ or ‘Large’ under Preferences for better legibility in the cockpit.
