iOS REQUIREMENTS
• To get the app for the first time you'll need iOS 17 or above.
• If you’ve downloaded the app before you’ll need iOS 15 or above.
IMPORTANT INFORMATION
• Always remember to log out and update your device to the newest version of iOS
• Never store your BNZ access number or password on your device
• Never allow other people to access your mobile device using Touch ID, Face ID, or device password
• Mobile data is required to access the BNZ app
• Use of the BNZ app is subject to the Internet Banking Terms and Conditions (bnz.co.nz/internetbankingtcs)
• The Activity feature is available with a personal BNZ credit card or transaction account, including joint transaction accounts
• Non-personal accounts like family trust or business accounts won’t show in the Activity feature

Have been a BNZ customer since “class 1” - ok showing my age....lol, doing online banking since 1980!, Best banking app, when combined with netguard!!! Since I travel a LOT - usually 4-5 counties a week, the BNZ online banking app is super handy. Paying bills, sending money and most all banking I can do via online without any issues , and most importantly- ITS SAFE than most other comparable banking apps . Super happy, keep up the good work,BNZ now affects adding your credit and atm card to apple wallet, thus making it near perfect security for travelling , unless uyour not using the fingerprint feature. FP feature is a must have for banking with iso15+

App update deregistered my phone

After yesterdays app update my phone was completely deregistered. I am on an iPhone 13 Pro and have 17.3.1 which was applied on February 8th. I have used the BNZ app daily since that update with no problem until this morning when my app version was updated and I lost all access. I have set it up again but it says I can’t do anything because it’s a new device and it’s restricted. I presume I can’t bank for 24 hours now. Although I’m guessing because the app doesn’t say when the restriction will be lifted.
