Hey guys. I depend on this app to manage my business transactions. And it refuses to work after I updated my iPhone to iOS 12. Please fix it immediately. Thanks

Ideal .. attempting to place a fixed deposit

I get a “generic error” and have been unable to place a deposit. I reported it over 1 MONTH AGO and have no progress on fixing it. If you are going to stop have account reps and forcing customers to use IDEAL the you are responsible to make IDEAL work . Sad . Not the “ best bank”.

New interface/redesigned app has more clicks, is more confusing, and contains less relevant info. I can’t find one thing I like about it.

I reported that overseas mobile number doesn’t work. DBS replied it works. Today I had a chance to approve. Still it didn’t work. DBS, if you read this, please fix the problem first and respond instead of just repeating the same answer that it works blindly.
