You can combine a variety of factors to see which solvents fit into categories. For example you can look for solvents that are Lewis acids and flammable. There are a few suggestions that would make the app more user friendly but it is a great free effort!

This app does nothing except provide an arbitrary rating of different solvents and then refer you to other Internet tethered apps for real information. Just use Wikipedia.
