Best combination of talented hypnotist and SUPERB APP functionality on the App Store and I have a bunch Harrold, Lordi, Applebaum - skipped Brown - his hypnosis does nothing for me. If Glenn Harrold moved his hypnosis to this App platform it might be hard to decide but since his App platform is on a vastly inferior App for the end user - and Lordi uses the same one as Harrold - it's simple. Applebaum actually gets pulled into a talented group of hypnotists that are far better than her - from smoother delivery and FAR superior scripts - simply because she was smart enough to pic a great App experience for her end user. Ms. Meddows does an excellent job, the App allows for 11 repeats of the actual script, and the user to choose a long or short induction & whether they want a wake or sleep ending. When they added a slider to control background volume - that removed one of the only bothers in this app.The ONLY possible way this App can be improved is to allow for more than one purchases script to play in the loop AND allow longer than 11 repeats. I like to play all night long and would love to see it go for 20. BUT - in the great scheme of things - just having the ability to mix more than one of my purchased scripts would make this App the best possible combination of Hypnotherapist and Application out there. At that point - this becomes the killer app everyone else in the category is chasing.In the meantime - it still is head and shoulders above the crowd. Enjoy.

You will find many other free apps offering what this app does. The sound is disturbing instead and it seems that she is an amator talker. And amid of that when she goes countdowning the steps from 10 to 1 while explaing through the steps she forgets to explain the step from 8 to 7 but instead goes straight from 9 to 7. Additionally the other purchases of 3$ is quite expensive.

Look, I have no idea if hypnosis really works. I figure it can't hurt. What I like most about the app is that listening to it never fails to put me to sleep. I love her voice, and the introductory pieces have great guided imagery and are very soothing. You can choose an ending that keeps you asleep or one that wakes you up. Then I have fun choosing the middle hypnotic parts--do I want to work on being happy, ending self-criticism, becoming healthier? No idea how effective these parts are scientifically, but they say really good things (from the little I've been awake to hear) and I figure that can't be bad and may be doing a lot of good.

No more waking up when u want to sleep afterward, no more sleeping afterward when u want to wake up! A amazing mid work day nap tool or just got off from work healing recovery tool~Best thing I liked about the app is the speaker gives you time to process your own thoughts [long rhythmic self processing pauses, excellent time for deep processing] and feelings via many rhythmic pauses. Many speakers go very fast which can be good at times, but most of time, I prefer a slower approach because my life is a organic one and generally speaking, doing very well. So either you like a slower / medium approach or you have yet to explore its many deep and soothing benefits at this time. Either way the app. is fun & good and definitely worthy of having in the audio library.Con: British type, female voice may take a lil while getting use to, may require a flexible open mind & a lil bit of trust / consistency exploring / using this empowering - okay tool. May be too slow for one who demands fast paced, conscious overload hypnosis. Pro: powerfully uses the belief-placebo effect, seamlessly uses truisms to effect transformation, you easily sleep once u let go of judgement, sleeps easily! Provides opportunity for truly deep transformation via long deep pauses. Will continue to support you the more you allow it too. Easy to listen to repetitively.
