Language support and phone number issue
Please add English? It’s very hard to use this without English. Also, please let us use American phone numbers to make an account? I try to make an account and I need to have a registered Korean phone number to make one.
I’m a foreigner in Korea, I love it
To be fare, I do speak Korean, so I can use this application without much of a problem; but having an English option would be sooo much better even for the foreigners who speak Korean. I’ve used 11st, Auction, Gmarket and pretty much every other major site in Korea, but nothing beats Coupang. Just the fact that I can order something at 23:55 and it shows up in my doorstep at 11:00 is freaking amazing. And now they have this Coupang fresh delivery where they deliver fresh stuffs at 1-3 am! I love it!
PS: I don’t know if they deliver outside of Korea or not, I’ve seen other reviews ask this question. If you’re living in Korea, this is the best!
English Version
Since i see there are many item varieties it would be much better if you launch an english version of Coupong too as foreigners may not be able to know korean Languages
