I like the ease of the their credit card being connected to your accounts, the take a pic of your check option and the bill pay system that you can access from the app. Really helps for those that move away and choose to keep using the bank.

Before the last 2 updates this app was up to the penny on current balance of transactions/withdrawals made from Savings or checking. We have to wait for the weekend to be over and even after Monday for a current list of withdrawals- this cannot take the place of ones written ledger or Dort federal will generated overdraft fees or transfer fees if your written ledger isn’t current because I don’t think it is accidental that the quick- current balance feature no longer exists!!!

Great app and availability. I would like to have the ability to input my own pending written checks to more accurately monitor my spending. An app that I used to have I could do that, but my inputs were in a different color.

Over the last several months it seems like almost every weekend I cannot get into my account. Often at night time during the week. Very annoying and no update available. A message on the main screen when services are down would also be useful. Chase app works fine and cell service and WiFi are also fine. iPhone 14 Pro is fully up to date as well. Speed test shows 400mbps+ download 20 upload. It’s not on my end.
