After testing this service out I become a premium member not to remove the ads because they were not intrusive. I wanted the extra features and I was so happy with the price . After years of unsafe Gmail accounts which most people don’t know just how unsafe it is and I now refrain from all the big G service. I have also tried gmx , yahoo, outlook , proton etc. When I arrive here I was shocked how simple everything is and I hope it remains that way. The response from the support is tremendously fast and professional. I have remove all my mail from other sources and use this service to further sync all my apple products together with so much simplicity I feel like now I on vacation. I wasn’t getting all my important emails from work , doctors and pharmacies before but now when I get a important alert on this email system I know it’s for real . Thanks for the great service and I received NO reward at all from this review !!!!!

It is simply an awesome email because you have so many cool options to use to create an email address tailored to your personality or work. But that’s not it, as you have lots of great options, iCloud storage, send larger format pictures and files all on an easy on the eyes layout that has options to play with. For being a playful to serious email it is all that and I would say even better than the rest of the standards email addresses in that It is clean, simple, sophisticated and capable to handle sending or saving what you want . To me, it is a powerful and fun additional email for work or pleasure. The mobile app is just as great. Thank You Developers for an astounding job at making the world great. Randy Chavez

Been using this app for years with very few problems. For the last few months, the app clears all the emails from its database, including unread mail. So the app tells you there are unread notes in your inbox, but when you open your inbox, it is empty. It will keep any notes that come in after it clears the database, but they eventually get wiped out the next time the bug hits. There’s no function I can find to force repopulation of the folder in the mobile database, so the only way to see your notes is via the web browser. Fortunately the app doesn’t wipe out the mail in the actual server. It only got 2 stars because of how long it worked well. The current version is only worth 1 star - since the problem has been reported multiple times with no response or fix. It’s no good for anything if you have to use the web browser to see all your mail.

I have been using this app for years with no issues, but now it’s difficult to read through my mail without having it glitch. The buttons were in a fine place to begin with and did not need to change, so now I have to retrain myself to press through the right buttons to move mail around. Also, once I move mail (delete, move to another folder, refresh), it will pop back into my primary inbox for a moment and then sometimes disappear again. It used to be smooth process going through my mail. Now the pieces are making sharp movements and shifting in unpleasant ways that make the user experience excessively difficult.I made the previous review at least a year ago. Now the delete button is almost entirely gone. One by one the convenient features keep disappearing. Still not as bad as Gmail but getting there - keep it up? I have been using this service for well over a decade now and wish the UI was kept the same. No glitches, compatible across devices, and stable (September 2026).
