The app has suddenly stopped functioning properly since the beginning of July 2017. The August issue doesn't even display on the main screen -even though I have a subscription from within the app.I have tried everything, to no avail.I have reported this to customer service - still no real answer after 3 days.I can't be the only person who has complained...It's a pity that such a good magazine has such an unreliable app.

As it clearly states in the first sentence, the APP is free but the MAG SUBS are by purchase. I love the quality of the picture and it is nice to be able to focus and take screen shots. The only con is that downloading time is very slow for the full issue. This could be due to where I live, and the service towers, but as you can browse through the completed pages, it's not a huge deal. I assume by the time I even reach the end, the pages will have downloaded.
