The playing around with and changing your password every month or so is very annoying. I had to move on to a different checking account to get away from this, so don’t tell me it’s a security thing. No other bank does it like you. what you’re doing with the password running out every two or three months it gets to be a real hassle, especially for elderly, trying to remember these things because of this reason I have moved on. I keep this account open because, it does Monty does come in it from an insurance company besides that I don’t use this account any longer. It’s worthless and I don’t like the way the bank handles it. I understand you’re not gonna change anything for me and I have no problem with that whatsoever. You’re just losing out of customers, I talk to three other people in the same bank with the same problem saying the same thing just saying, you asked

The app itself is fine just having to change your password so frequently it’s a little too much. You should be able to reuse the password after the third password changed.
Payment

App could be more user friendly. When making payment on a mortgage, it would be good to have the choice to select the standard payment with the amount already listed, instead of just “standard payment” and having to enter the payment manually. Also would be nice to be able to add extra principal any time. I tried to do that once and it did not get applied properly.

I have had several check deposits called back because I failed to fulfill all the requirements. The wording at the top of the mobile deposit is easily misread. It should say to write: FOR mobile deposit only, endorsement and acc#. I missed the colon and read : requirements for mobile deposits as one sentence. Then endorsement and acc#. Also Bank of America has never refused a deposit even if I just use a signature. No acc# or for deposit only. Love your bank , hate your online banking.
