Easy to use

I’ve always enjoyed using the online banking with Merrimack savings. It’s easy to use and makes doing transfers simple. Bill pay is a good tool to use. Also this new savings they offer thru 3rd party. I’m really starting to like as well. Being able to save and see that Iam on track gives me good self esteem. Seeing that Iam following thru with my set goal makes me happy.

Tried to add an external account to transfer money to my account with this institution. It requires an extra security step that only works if you’re available to answer/call or go in person at their hours that people who work can’t really access to do some sort of verification that my other banking apps have never asked for when adding external accounts. How is a phone call more secure than their “secure” chats? Anyone could pretend to be me with either form of communication. Said this to customer service and they said it can’t be bypassed even though I said repeatedly that I can’t physically do either of those options. Pathetic really.

Please take a look at the home page, scrolling through multiple bank account. I have them in a desired order and almost every time I scroll, the one my finger is on moves. It’s sooo sensitive. But then to select the mistakenly moved account it’s nearly impossible to hold on to it and bring it back to the top of the accounts list and get it in the place I want it to be. Aside from this (which is a minor annoyance but one I deal with at least once a week) the app is great.

Please take a look at the home page, scrolling through multiple bank account. I have them in a desired order and almost every time I scroll, the one my finger is on moves. It’s sooo sensitive.
