Had to report a fraud, app said Lloyd’s is open 24/7 for that but it is a lie. Got voice recording and next day was told I had to go to a branch to report fraud. They couldn’t even do it over the phone! You would think fraud prevention and protection would be a priority?
Cheque deposit needs sorting / stop the ads
Do it matter
Per the subject line. The cheque deposit function is very unreliable; sometimes it works, more often it requires multiple attempts. Very frustrating.Please also stop with the interstitial ads on login. I’ve been offered the same product (a personal loan) on every single login now for many weeks. If I continue on to my accounts once without engaging, consider me not interested. It’s not a good customer experience to be repeatedly served up ads.

Overall the app is good. Normally basic features (account summary and bank transfer) are easy to use. But one thing must be improved is the compatibility with larger screens. On the iPhone 5 it looks pretty fine but on the iPhone 6 and later everything seems to be enlarged, e.g. The icons and the text. It's been so many years since the iPhone 6 was launched. Hope this is going to be fixed in the next release.
