Great Game but terrible issue

I love this game and first played it years ago but coming back and downloading it I noticed a really terrible bug I’m having. All the buttons like the button for the armory and the buttons for exiting and entering menus are bugged. Some are distorted, some are only visible when moved to a specific spot on the screen, and some are straight up invisible yet you can click them. I’d be fine with this since it’s pretty easy to navigate even with the weird buttons but with this glitch you also can’t see some missions in the mission select screen, other game modes, and worst of all you can’t see the challenge requirements. Don’t get me wrong I used to love this game and still do, but please please find a way to fix this glitch so me and any others having this issue can enjoy one of their classic lives or newly discovered favorite mobile game

Game wont work HELP

I have loved this game since i was a little kid. I have beat it on various different devices (e.g. old tablets, relatives devices, person phones, etc). I downloaded it with the intent on playing again and beating it, but i'm running into an issue. Every time I open and try to run the game it puts me on the gray made with unity loading screen and as soon as it try’s to exit that loading screen the game crashes and closes. I’ve tried running it multiple times, reseting my phone and then trying to run it but nothing works.

Don’t get me wrong I love this game, every time I’m bored or just chillin somewhere this is where I go to play So one day I open up major mayhem as usual (I wasn’t on WiFi) and when I’m getting ready to play I see Major with default armor and a pistol and I’m wondering when did I do that. But I see all my levels, achievements, and high scores are still there so I think oh I’m fine, then I see it, all my guns, my clothes, hell even my power ups where gone. I don’t remember resetting anything so I just wondered hey maybe it’s just cause I’m not on WiFi so I connect to WiFi same problem, I’m confused so I frantically decided resetting my achievements would fix it, it didn’t and I’m still wondering what happened. If you could fix this or explain to me what happened that would be all I need. But all around I still recommend this game to everyone but it will remain at 3 star until I get informed.

This is an awesome game! I love it, it’s super fun, and very addictive, for me. I spent many hours trying to get coins to buy more guns, but every so often, I go back into the app, and all my progress is COMPLETELY GONE. I’m giving this 3 starts because it’s an amazing game, but my progress just disappears way to often. I had just gotten to the P90 last night, and then I go back to get more coins, then I look to see if my progress is still there, and then all the progress I had made, all the progress that I had grounded for is totally gone! I love this game to death, but this just happens to much. All off the progress I made in the campaign/challenges is still there and all, but the guns, coins, and gear is just gone. Once again, great game, but a big issue
