I love DailyBurn. I’ve been a member since I had my daughter in 2015 and I truly feel like the trainers are my own, personal friends. I’m an RN and can sometimes have an erratic schedule, so working out can be difficult. I had been using the app for the days when I couldn’t make it to the gym, but after the lockdowns last year and we were stuck in the house it became my primary means of exercise. When our gym started accepting members again in the fall we ended up canceling our membership and now I just use DailyBurn. The variety of workouts is fantastic— I especially love the bodyweight, no equipment classes— and the mobility and yoga series are also amazing. I know I’m going to get a great workout no matter what I choose. I don’t own a scale so I don’t know how my weight has responded to DailyBurn, but I do know that I fit my clothes more comfortably, I feel more confident, and I actually look forward to working out. And because I work out in my garage my 5-year-old is able to participate instead of hiding away in a gym child care center, and hopefully I can be a good role model for positive self-image. Anja, Phoenix, Cody, Dara, Cece, Briohny— Thank you for keeping me going and being so excellent at what you do!
⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ Fantastic App That Keeps Me Motivated!

I’ve been using the Daily Burn workout app for a while now, and it has truly become one of the best parts of my daily routine. The variety of workouts is amazing—there’s something for every mood and fitness level, whether I want a quick 10-minute boost or a full, challenging session. The trainers are incredibly motivating without being overwhelming, and I love how each program feels thoughtfully designed. The interface is clean and easy to navigate, and the ability to track my progress keeps me consistent. I also appreciate the welcoming, supportive vibe of the app—it makes working out feel fun instead of like a chore.Overall, Daily Burn has helped me stay active, positive, and committed to my goals. Highly recommend to anyone looking for an easy, enjoyable way to get moving! 💪🔥
(At times) great workouts, mediocre app

I was redeeming a free trial offer and I kept getting errors. The app itself isn’t the cleanest and feels like it’s missing functions to make it easier to find what you’re looking for. Yes, it’s nice to sort by the type of workout but you can only sort by one filter at a time, and the Titles of each work out are often vague and not very helpful when you just want a quick look at the list from your search results. The workouts themselves can be very enjoyable and some of the trainers I’ve grown to like a lot, trainer Booker for example who ive stuck with. but often times other videos aren’t the easiest to do or follow for someone who is still a beginner. I often see a workout I’m interested in but then notice the many different types of workout equipment you may need just for the one workout so that ends up filtering me out from it. during many workouts the trainers would throw a real curveball at you and ask to do a very unconventional movement one is not used to and it really throws me off. I like consistency in a workout. Overall i like the energy from all the trainers though.
It’s nice but occasionally ads

They have made a lot of changes in the new update, the interfacing is entirely different. However, they have a huge library of workouts that fit every need. There are different packages for how you purchase your workouts, so you can get premium and get a full library of 365 workouts, however they don’t film new ones of these. If you get the regular price, you have to do the 365 work out that they choose that day. However, there are plenty of other workouts and programs you can do as well as audio work outs. One bummer that was released in the update is advertisements bfire a workout. Sometimes you will receive an ad for 15 or 30 seconds before your work out, not all the time but it’s still weird because they never did this before the last two months. It takes a little time, so you have to wait for your workout. Kind of stinks, but, I suppose ads are on everything nowadays.Overall, the app is OK, the search function is a little funky, but it works! The workouts are great for variety though. I would recommend it based solely on that.
