Absolutely Amazing!!!!!!I have used Daysmart since December, have never used another software since then. Let me say, I have used a few other booking softwares like Vagaro, Square, Fresha, massage book, but none of them fit my needs as a blind spa owner, but Daysmart though, are you kidding, totally over the top. As a blind business owner, I need a software that is user friendly and fits my needs, and Daysmart delivers that. Plus, it’s an all in one system, for booking appointments, and has a website builder. Well, let me say, I managed to build a stunning website with the online website builder, and my clients who book appointments say it’s user friendly, and cute!! I pay $80 a month for this software, and it is definitely worth every penny. I will never ever switch to another software again. So for any spa or massage business, I recommend Daysmart. Also, it comes with a sleek card reader from card connect, and it works like magic, what I like about it is that it can print receipts, which I love. It’s like a mini register. The reader that square or Vagaro gives you does nothing like that. So, if I could give 10 stars I would, 10 out of 10 recommend.

Nightmare on DaySmart St.
I have so many issues with this software so I will write a separate review for each one. For the first review, I will tell you I canceled my account in May/June 2024. In August 2024 they decided I didn't contact the merchant separately to cancel my account so they decided to charge me $40 a month No after I canceled. . Coincidentally, the phone number they provide listed on the bank statement charge was not even a valid number... even my bank rep couldn't identify who the charges were from!! Finally, in February, someone was able to assist me at the bank, which prompted them to call me. They are telling me that I never specifically told DaySmart's so called 'partner' at Fiserv/CardConnect that i had an open merchant account that I wished to be canceled....? I was instructed by Daysmart's staff the process to close my account which I completed 'as instructed' online. Now I am being told that there's another step that should have been completed ...??? Why do they have customer support if they are not going to provide customer "accurate" information . I am now being advised of my oversight??? I am taking a hit of almost $300 for their customer support lack of direction. Maybe they need to look at their own oversights..?This has been a nightmare that just never ends !! Please... if you want a professional company that provides accurate tools and knowledgeable support this is not going to be the right fit for you .

I use DaySmart to book my appointments. I like the app overall but am having issues in moving and canceling my appointments. DaySmart is taking along time to correct this issue and is making it very complicated to cancel and move appointments. At this point not happy with the app and customer service. If it is corrected it is a great app and user friendly!
