It’s very slow to use and takes twenty taps to do anything. It can be very frustrating to use when you’re in a rush and don’t have a fast internet connection because sometimes the app wants to force you into a ratings flow when you open it. When your internet is in a bad spot you’re stuck on these screens awhile and unable to book.Edit to the developer response: this is an issue that occurs when you have low signal quality and the app prompts to leave a review. You’re stuck waiting for it to load because it can’t be closed until the information is loaded (bad practice for a native app, always keep controls visible). That said there’s not an active issue to be resolved particular to my account so I don’t need to go to the support flow.

Worthless App

This is an absolutely worthless app. I created an account and added my credit card info. Worked smoothly. Closed the app and tried to log back in. There’s no log-in page. App took me to a page to create an account. A was no drop down menu or anyway to navigate off the account creation page. I figure if I tried to create another account with the same phone number the app will reject the creation of the new account and send me to the sign-in page - which it did. I entered my password, which I saved to auto-fill, and got message that my password was incorrect! Requested an email to change my password. I changed the password but was sent back to the “create account” page! Tried to create an account again to get back to sign-in page but got message I had too many attempts, “come back in one day”. Um, no. I won’t need coming back at all. Complete garbage.

Takes too long to get Silver Bird

I usually cannot get a silver bird when ordering through the app. It can take anywhere between 10-20 min to maybe get one or not get one at all. Very frustrating. It’s unfortunate that this is the only company that offers more comfortable taxis…

The marketing notifications can’t be turned off! I should be in control of what notifications I get to see without needing to turn them off in the iPhone settings (which then I can’t see when the driver is near!). I will delete app soon. So distracting all day notifications!!!!!EDIT: finally deleted my account AND lowered my score. THERE IS NO WAY to turn off marketing notification!!!! They do this on purpose!!! My phone alerts me to notifications “Promos” all day and I can’t even read them or turn them off. If I turn them off in the iPhone app setting then I can’t get notification from the driver. ALL DAY MARKETING PROMOTIONS!!! It’s insane!!! I love Bluebird but REFUSE to be annoyed like this everyday. BYE!!!!!
