I’ve been with Affinity FCU for almost 3 years now and after all that time with a much smaller bank (compared to my old bank Bank of America) I can safely say the service, products, and locations are put together EXTREMELY well. The branch I go to is always polite, quick and efficient. The products offer more than any large bank would such as a cash back debit card linked to a checking account. The locations are spaced out but for good reason. You rarely have to go to any of their branches due to the customer service and loan department being so responsive. I have my auto loan here and I applied Tuesday found a car Thursday closed on loan and got the check they cut for dealer by Friday 430 PM and bought my car on Saturday. They work tirelessly to help you and get the job done. Customer for life and I’ve already referred almost all of my friends and family here.
Disconnect between scheduled transfers in iOS app and website - STILL NOT FIXED!

After the last update I have noticed as a user of the iOS app when scheduling internal transfers these updates are not shown on the web portal. I have several reoccurring transactions which I have updated via PC web browser which do not appear in the iOS app view. This has led to several “ghost” transfers which are not shown in the iOS app but appear in the website view. I reported this via customer service a second time today after my initial report over a month ago. Since the app has been updated I’m losing hope this issue will be resolved which is very frustrating.

I feel like i find myself reviewing this app because i find something hindering i think Affinity can genuinely improve upon. And reviews are prob the only way feedback is going to get noticed. This time its money management tool. I knew this was on the desktop - but to discover this tool in app hidden away in SETTINGS of all places is a horrible missed opportunity. You guys are a financial institution. The money management tool should have its own tab, or at least be featured in the main tab/bubble as just a one tap thing because theres so much value in it and something so feature rich to be hidden away is criminal app design. The same way you guys made room for ad space you can slide in the money management. Or. If you guys are against changes. Just add the customizable option to include it as a more central experience.

I’ve been in Affinity member for years. I can’t even tell you how many maybe 20 and I’ve always been delighted with them and their service I would never go to another bank. I previously had been with Bank of America and they charged for absolutely everything that they did for me. I came over to Affinity credit union and they charge for nothing, good work I will always be your client
