Everything loads really slowly. Face ID doesn’t work. Can’t enable/disable it and it won’t work when you go to sign in. Education tab doesn’t work.

I was originally told to download your app to easily manage my account/policy and make me monthly premium payments. To my surprise, my login doesn’t even work through the app, I can only use the webpage via browser. At this point, the app is rendered completely useless if I can’t even log into my amount. I’ve called in twice for assistance to try to figure out why I cannot log in through the app to no avail, with the only recommendation being uninstalling and reinstalling the app which changed nothing.

Have annuities against most advice from colleagues and although its worked well for me the app is useless. Fortunately can still access directly online.
