Easy to use and to search for what you need. I use the app on my iPad/iPhone and sometimes it just kicks me out. Especially during special events/sales like Candy something (I forgot). But sometimes there are issues that I don’t understand. My wishlist got deleted and when my husband logged into his account all my items were there. Go figure. I’m curious if someone else had this issue. Overall I’m enjoying the app.

Stay away! Punitive and abusive return policies

MyTheresa will keep your money for 15 days before refunding a return. For no valid reason. When you return a certain percentage of merchandise - even though in a timely fashion and in immaculate condition - MyTheresa will refuse to accept PayPal and credit card payments, thus forcing you to make bank wires. If you then return an item, because it simply doesn’t fit you, they will keep your money for 15 days, even though the return has been processed and accepted. The cost of running an e-commerce are shipping, return and restocking fees. In return, they do not need to pay for commercial real estate, shop assistants etc. Trying to train clients to shop completely overpriced items full price by refusing to put unsold merchandise on sale (Prada, Miu Miu etc), and to keep every purchase by withholding refunds for weeks, is abusive and is guaranteed to backfire. Especially in these trying times.MyTheresa has become the EasyJet of online retailers. Do yourself a favor and go to the customer friendly competition .

Although I love My Theresa and I have been a loyal customers, I suffer every time I use their app. The app is unstable, blinking, re directing me to come later, freeze etc. I use to buy through My Theresa due to excellence services, shipping methods, quality and convinience. Unfortunately, I have been decreasing my shops due to the problems with the app. Some times took me 30 mins back and forward only in trying to choose or pay an item.

Shopping with Mytheresa has been a great experience overall. Everything from the usability of the app, customer service, packaging, and delivery (DHL specifically) is smooth. I have purchased several items on multiple occasions and have yet to run into any issues. The prices for a lot of the items I've purchased are either the same, or lower, than prices found elsewhere, including manufacturer sites.
