To use this app, begin by logging in to NetBanking and follow the steps below.

3. Enter an email address and click “Send”. You will receive an email with the mobile banking URL.

Loan interest payment not accurate

Really frustrating that I can’t see the interest due on my HELOC when looking at my loan details. Yes, you mail a statement. But I should be able to see what the minimum interest due is when looking on line. Very frustrating in a world where I do most of my financial transactions while traveling and I don’t have hard copy statements with me.
Glitches a lot

The app glitches often. I have a business account with Weststar and need to make transfers from one account to another to purchase Materials. I sometimes have to log in and out multiple times to be able to make a transfer because the app freezes or doesn’t show my balances.
