I love this MYNCU app! I am a iPhone 7 user and I am totally blind and use voice over to use all apps on my phone. Thanks to MYNCU banking app, I can do everything I need to do with this app. I do monthly bill pay, check balances, move money, check balances and much more. Thank you MYNCU for providing an app that even a blind user can successfully use. I just installed IOS 11, and the bank app works very well with new software. I love my bank MYNCU app!! Very Buggy App

Ever since I upgraded my iPhone 16 Pro Max to iOS 26, the app has felt very buggy and glitchy. Sometimes I have to kill and relaunch the app 3-4 times before it fully loads to my dashboard, and sometimes when it does load to the dashboard, it takes a minute for my account info to populate. Since I can’t find any app support on the website or app itself, I had to reach out here.

Would highly consider looking into getting new developers for this product. The amount of time this app has issues is insane. Just trying to unlock and lock your card requires anywhere from 3-5 reload attempts. Sites/session connection seem to always crash (could be the API just a guess) Mid U.I btw. For some reasons I always see issues increase with this app and services after hours. And there is no one to talk to other than a robot I can’t even call it A.I…shame. Overall app has technical issues and up- issues. The bank itself needs to work on the customer service and better transparency.
