We have a team using sendhub and view it as a very useful tool. A few glitches from time to time but we're comfortable with it being critical to the organization.I hope they add the capability to send photos soon and cut down on the ability of new team members to add their own contacts from their phones.

The app glitches way too much for an app that is critical for pur business. I am having to delete and reinstall the app regularly as a way to reset it work properly. I have no idea how many phone calls I miss when the app decides to stop working and gives error codes I have never seen before. Today, it won’t work at all even after reinstalling multiple times. When it’s working it’s a good app. But, they should have been able to provide a better solution for glitches after being around this long.

We have been a longtime customer (over 7 years)Their costs go up however their service is quite awful at times. Our team is now neglecting to use it whatsoever as it will freeze and time out upon attempted use multiple times a week. It is frustrating and not a reliable product.
