Why should I have to provide my information to customer support more than once? I’ve already shared all the necessary details, yet every assistant keeps asking for my first and last name, and email. Is this a joke, or do your workers not have access to the full chat history?This approach is frustrating and makes people angry. It should work like this:“Hi [Customer’s Name], thank you for reaching out! I see you need help with [specific issue the virtual assistant couldn’t resolve]. Let me assist you further.”Your support team should have access to all the information provided by the client already.Your brand stands for good quality, but your IT department and customer service processes are severely lacking.Update: After waiting for an hour following a “one moment” message from support, I asked, “How much more time do you need?” Only to get the response, “Unfortunately, I do not have an answer on that topic.” Then, the virtual assistant started repeating the same cycle all over again.On top of that, this all started because I couldn’t even use the rewards that were credited to my account. They exist on my account, but neither the store staff offered to apply them at checkout (other brands do this automatically), nor did the app allow me to use them. The rewards simply don’t show up during checkout.What’s the point of having these rewards if, instead of providing satisfaction, they only cause irritation?It’s clear that this brand and I are not compatible. I wouldn’t be surprised if this message never reaches management and is only read by the same clueless developers.
