This application is exclusively available to residents of the United Arab Emirates (UAE). Non-residents are not permitted to log in or apply for financial services, including loans. Residency verification is mandatory prior to accessing any functionality.
CBD has the best banking app in the UAE. Seamless UI and user experience in the app and many services can be fulfilled easily. I hope they offer Apple Pay in the near future to complete the experience.

Sept 2018 Update a large step back.

I, probably like many account holders/app users, regularly send money internationally to families. The latest iOS update didn’t carry all the previously saved transfer details forward, nor is there an intuitive way to save a recipients details, which were automatically saved in the previous version. So apparently you have to manually enter the details every time you make a transfer. This has taken what I would have previously rated as a solid 4 star app down to 2 stars.

Transferring money is difficult

Overall the app is fine - except:- Recent update makes it impossible to transfer money to anyone (error missing data no matter what)- Desktop website allows transferring money but doesn’t provide a debit advice / receipt no matter what.So overall there’s no way to transfer money to someone and be able to share proof of transfer.

I can’t register new account keeps on giving me (oops something went wrong , it’s not you , it’s us. Please try again later ) since so many days I tried to re-download so many time and I contact customer service and no way
