It could get better, specially on how the schedules are updated. Not wait until Thursday to put new lots. It should be the first day of the week (Sunday). It doesn’t make sense that for example, it’s Tuesday and you want to buy ticket for a movie on Thursday, but they still don’t have those times available.

I really like the new improvements they’ve made to the user interface and experience. Much better than before, with less bugs during purchase process. Account migration could be improved, but I had no problem with creating a new one. A feature I would like to see would be to have the ability to save your Carribean Cinemas Card and your movie tickets to your apple wallet (that way we can collect the digital tickets like we usually would with the physical ones) 🎟️ also more green friendly
Terrible UI/UX

The previous version of this app worked well. It wasn’t perfect, but it worked. This new version is terrible! The people in charge of designing this app can neither design a website nor adapt it to be used on a mobile device. It is always glitching. The navigation is horrible and annoying. Things do not load as they should. My bottom ribbon menu keeps disappearing, rendering it almost impossible to go back to the previous screen or switch between view types (ie movies vs theaters). Dates don’t load well when you’re trying to change from the one shown first to other days, among many other situations I never encountered with the previous version. Just terrible!
Cannot reset password after Update

I had an account that worked very well before the update. Upon updating the app, I now see that my password credential wasn’t ported, while my email address was. It recognizes that the email is for an account, but the Password Reset email is never sent to the verified account email address. I tried 8-10 times over the span of two days but no go. Very irresponsible app migration, as my previous account had financial information to pay for the tickets. Sounds like my only option is to create a new account from scratch…
