This app has been soooo useful to me. Every day I listen to Glenn Harold’s Stop Smoking app, which utilizes hypnosis. It has a journal so I keep track of My Best Buddy facts in that journal when I listen to the hypnosis Tracks. I am so encouraged every day. I love to see how much money I’ve saved! I have already saved (in just 45 days) $575! That is about half the cost of a round trip flight to Honolulu. My goal is to use the money I save to make my third trip to Hawaii. Also, I was astonished to see how many cigarettes I have not smoked. In the last 45- days I have avoided almost 1,200 cigarettes. I had no idea! I needed to see that! Anyone quitting tobacco should use this app.

I started using the app several months ago now and paired it with chantix to quit vaping. I recommend the combo to anyone who expresses interest in quitting. The notifications that popped up as motivation to quit weren’t super cheesy and genuinely helpful. I appreciated that it had me put in my reason for quitting and had it displayed when I opened the app as a reminder. I like that it has an option to put that you slipped up, but doesn’t make you restart the countdown if it was only a quick hit. This hasn’t been like other apps and websites that are pretty cringy and make me regret my decision.

I strongly encourage this app to anyone looking for a tool to quit. It’s helped me quit after 10 years of vaping. It individualizes a plan that fits you, whether it’s quitting cold turkey or a slow quit. I was only looking for a timer basically but this blew me away. Plenty of resources such as logging cravings, simple games to distract when you need it, words of encouragement etc. This app made quitting way easier than I thought, and you can do it too!!

This app has been generally very helpful and motivating for me. I enjoy the community tab being able to talk to/read about other people on their quit journeys, the distraction me button is awesome, though I wish it was still on the home screen like it was before the update. Speaking of the update it broke my counter so instead of 37 days vape free it shows me as 5 days. Please please please fix the counter bug this previously was one of my favorite features before it broke. Would be rated higher if not for the unnecessary visual update that broke everything.

Hi KC Whitt,We have identified and fixed the issue with the miscalculated Quit Days... have a look for v6.0.4 as soon as it it released (in the coming days max as we are just waiting for App Store review) and the tracker should be all back to normal.Good luck on the quit journey and hopefully you cna update your rating back once this is fixed :)
