OCFL 311 assists Orange County Florida residents to report local non-emergency community issues conveniently and efficiently by submitting reports regarding animals, traffic signs, potholes, graffiti, sidewalk repair, and many other common issues. Many of these reports can be submitted quickly and anonymously. Residents who provide their contact information can view the status of their reports to ensure proper resolution. Also, OCFL 311 conveniently maps locations of important community issues so residents can be aware of events that may impact their neighborhood.

Very slow to save reports

This app looks very bare bones, which would be OK if it worked well. I like that you can submit a report anonymously, but in my case it took thirty seconds to submit a very brief all-text report. Please speed that up, because I almost closed the app thinking it failed.

Super efficient and easy to use!

This app is incredible. It makes contacting the county amazingly easy and without having to wait on hold. You can include photos, it captures your location information, and you can include your contact information if you’d like follow up. I highly recommend every orange county citizen to use this app regularly!

Having to drag and drop the pin from whatever your previous location is instead of just starting at the current location, or press and hold, is the biggest pain. Half the time in just need the issue to be in the area I am actively, and the pin will be across the county, so you have to try to find yourself without being able to see your location dot.

Simple and quick to make reports which are forwarded to the correct agencies. I would like to know if there is a way to delete old reports that have been closed.I notice the critical reviews are years old. Apparently issues have been fixed because it works well now.

Added new way to select report location by dragging the map. Added app shortcuts for Curbside collection and FAQs. Bug fixes.
