I had years of issues, special editions etc reliably available on my iPhone and iPad and then they ‘upgraded’ the app for some reason. I lost everything going back to 2016 and they’ve been unable to make it available on their new platform despite months of promises. Worse, their developer support from the App Store reaches a 404 not found page on their website, and Magazines Direct absolves themselves of any responsibility ‘without your subscription details’ - they keep telling me to contact iTunes. DO NOT BUY THIS CRAP.

I recently upgraded to the newest version of the PBO app and lost all my magazines. It is asking me to pay for access to them even though I am a longstanding subscriber. I contacted both the magazine and Apple but they cannot solve the problem. Be wary when using this app for PBO digital edition..

as usual PBO proves itself to be a great boating publication...far better than anything we have in the USA. Digital allows me to receive issues even when I am at sea , here in the South Pacific
