Absolutely not dependable. I was waiting for a cab that I ordered from them booked out 30 min, they made me wait and at 37 minutes canceled my “confirmed” booking. I tried again because I really needed a ride and the same thing but they canceled in 15 min. Both time received the stock reply,” We assure you that this is an abnormal and exceptional situation”Looks like this has happened to others,… makes me wait 30 min then cancel. If no one available don’t make me wait!!!!!!!!!NOPE! DO NOT USE!

Might be an isolated or local thing but TWICE I set up a ride through Allocab when in Nice. Both times Allocab, after about 20 minutes informed no driver was coming and refused to refund the cab fare. Twice was enough for me. Deleted app and used Uber.
