Not gamer can’t play, game gets stuck

Playing buraco with bot partner, against 2 other bots, bot partner can’t play. my 10 year old can play better than that. You place a game ie 3-4-5, partner bot places another game of 6-7-8-9 instead of adding to the original game, bot partner also adds a “2” to a game that is already done, causing you to lose 100 points and ability to go out. It’s so irritating.Whoever programmed it, either can’t play or can’t program... Also, game gets stuck and you must restart app mid game.

Hi, Phlavyah . Our robots are programmed to play with various levels of difficulty, so they sometimes make moves that seem programmed, even if they are completely random. Our priority is everyone’s fun, but we guarantee that we are always working to improve them. We hope you’ll reconsider! Thanks for the feedback :)

This game is good in the beginning. After a certain level, easily you lost all your coins. Yours adversary trash every time and don’t give a chance you to play. And finally when you get a chance to get some descart from the table every cards your adversary get its good for them. Resume you keep buy cards for your adversary and this is very stressful. So I decided to look for another’s cards game

Developer Response
Hello. Our algorithms ensure a completely random distribution of cards or tiles; there is no programming designed to favor any player for any reason. We have no interest in such manipulation, as we do not want anyone to feel disadvantaged. Our priority is for everyone to have fun. We hope you will reconsider your rating!

Bad algorithm

Interface is nice and there are different game types. On the other hand, I’m deleting the app since it has been stressing me out.Contacted support to complain about the algorithm and they said everything is random. Played different game types for big period and this cannot be accurate… algorithm clearly favors one of the players, independent of the game type. This takes all the fun away.

Developer Response
Hi, Ricardo Miami. We understand your frustration, but our app uses standard software for card matchmaking and distribution. The more you interact with the game, the more chances of victory and defeat are created. We have no interest in any kind of manipulation. Our priority is everyone’s fun. We hope you reconsider! Hugs!
