Access locked or password forgotten? - In the Help menu, you can use the "reset access" function to reset the password for online banking access and then unlock it with a pushTAN. In the account settings in the "My Banking" menu, simply select accounts to display an individual total balance in the account overview. In the TAN management there is now the option to change the name of the photoTAN activation or to delete an old activation.

Get new products within the app The menu „Mein Banking“ now offers the „Direkt-Anlage“ enabling you to quickly add new contracts, such as Giro accounts. Share payment requests via QR-Code The „GiroCode generieren“ feature creates a QR-Code containing all relevant payment information: IBAN, amount and optionally reference. By sharing the GiroCode you enable the recipient to easily carry out the transfer when scanning the QR-Code.
