The coding curriculum used in over 50% of U.S. elementary schools, now at home! Kids go from solving their first maze at age 4 to writing real JavaScript by 5th grade, through games they actually ask to play.
LOVED BY KIDS, TRUSTED BY SCHOOLS
Rated 4.7 stars by 21,000+ families. Over 25 million downloads. Built with elementary teachers for more than a decade, and aligned to Common Core and CSTA standards, the same curriculum kids use in class.
WHAT KIDS LEARN
Ages 4-6 (no reading required): sequencing, patterns, and problem-solving through maze puzzles. This is the logic underneath all programming.
Ages 7-10: conditions, loops, functions, and variables, leading to real typed JavaScript
Every level builds critical thinking they'll use far beyond the screen
MORE THAN LESSONS
Kids design their own characters, build and share their own games, and jump into seasonal events. Creativity keeps them coming back long after the lesson ends.

Teaches wrong programming concepts!!!!
BigSecret777
Kodable teaches wrong programming concepts! In actual programming languages (and in actual programs), during sequential execution of commands, result of a command (i.e. the state of a program after the command has finished executing) is fully determined by the command itself, and does not depend on what commands follow it. This is not the case in Kodable :( In this app, result of a command can depend on what command follows it. Here is one example. In Kodable, if the first command is “go to the right” (right arrow), and the second command is “once a green square is met, go up” (up arrow on a green background), then, obviously, one can not tell what the state of a program will be after the first command has finished executing from looking at the command itself, and one has to know what the next command is. This means that Kodable puts into kids heads wrong ideas about programming from the very beginning. I know that my child got stumbled exactly on this. This is not our first coding app, and I know that other apps got this concept right. To the Kodable developers: to fix it, make the following change - mark with a color background when the current command should stop execution, instead of using a color background to mark when the previous command should stop executing. In the example above, current sequence of 2 commands “right arrow followed by up arrow on a green background” should be replaced by “right arrow on a green background followed by an up arrow”. This way, the above mentioned programming concept would be done right.
Busted bug world

I have a question why is it called bug world when you defeat the slimes with fuzzes? Also bug world is busted. every single time I’m on the final round my I pad goes back to the home screen any way you can fix it.Please After that I lose my progress on the level NOT the hole game once I go back and play it again same thing happens. no matter what I do I don’t get to finish the level I am extremely lucky if I complete ONE level. other people would say why don’t you play the other part of the game that’s a good question IM BORED I’ve basically played all the other parts of the game that I CAN play even level three is hard on astropida THREE. other wise the game is the best game ever I just LOVE that you can make your own fuzzies. Now back to the question can you please please please fix the game. please write back people
Great concept except

They don’t tell you it’s a 7day subscription based game and it forces you to put in information before moving on to the trial version. It may say that in app purchases are in it but it fails to say it’s purely a subscription based concept. That being said I think it’s terrible business to hide behind the initial download before mentioning that as it’s a great idea to allow people to understand coding languages. Should probably allow for a broader audience rather than sticking to only those who can pay. Really tired of seeing educational help on this platform become a classist thing and only open to those who can afford to foot the bill. Kinda disgusting how capitalism has negatively effected everyone to become so greedy. Why not charge for the app overall? I’d pay 14 upfront over a stupid subscription.
Fall has come to Fuzztopia! Stop by to see the orange trees, fallen leaves, and pumpkins, and enjoy a cozy season of coding with the Fuzz Family.
