I’ve been on four of the Musely products for barely two weeks now and already I see an improvement. Their detailed app, knowledgeable doctors and customer service agents and fellow Musely users are enthusiastic, helpful and your own personal cheering squad. It’s gives you true motivation for your journey to a better you, one’s that’s filled with self-confidence. I’m not sure how their products differ from other similar companies, but I was with a competing company and didn’t a bit of difference after a year and a half of consistent use. After two weeks with Wisely, my face is glowing, the bags under my eyes are disappearing and I can actually see the improvements beginning to take place. With a great support staff, a detailed and helpful phone app and a wide variety of products, I highly recommend Musely as a great company to bring you enthusiasm, self-confidence and safe, positive change to your appearance!

I started getting age spots on my face when I turned about 44 years old and I always had great skin and then with age spots it made my face look dirty! I felt like I had to use more and more foundation to hide my “ugliness.” IWas so insecure! Then I saw a Tik Tok ad for Musely. I thought is was too good to be true, (as most of those TikTok ads are.) I thought why not? And decided to give it a shot. Musely has literally been the best thing I have ever used, and it is the only product that I have ever tried that actually works as the ads claim! Because of Musely, I no longer have age spots and my skin no longer makes me feel insecure! I feel comfortable enough to not wear makeup to run quick errands or grab a coffee and I’m 47 years old!!!! If you are slightly hesitant on trying Musely, DON’T!! Start today!! You will NEVER regret it!!!

I bought the product. Received the product. But this app is useless bc it doesn’t connect to the websites information. I can’t check the treatments or visits with nurse bc it doesn’t even have my order history. The website has my info but the app just won’t update my info. I’ve reinstall it several times. Changed my password. Tried to contact customer service but that seems like an impossible feat. So I do not recommend. It needs to be corrected, fixed or something.UPDATE: After I posted this review and cancelled subscriptions to all products that I purchased, several days later I decided to click on the Musely app and it was magically working. I never got in touch with Tech help, customer service or anything. I couldn’t. Clicking on the links did not work. I don’t know what happened in the interim, but my app is up and running the way it should have been when I first made my purchase and placed my trust in this company. I appreciate the prompt fix, but it was frustrating experience. I am currently using the products and will review it in google once 8 weeks have passed.

I recently started Musely for some skin issues and it was recommended to download the app. The app is fairly decent in ease of use. Once I’ve been poking around the app I’ve been learning more and more how it works. It’s easy to use when you need further information about your treatment plan, sending a message to your doctor and nurse. There is also a forum to check out and ofc you can take a closer look at their other products they offer for their other treatments. So far after looking through the app, I’ve found that it’s pretty simple to use. I kind of get turned around when it comes to asking the virtual nurse bot questions since I had a bit of a hard time locating it. But that might be just me. I’m sure once I’ve gotten used to using it it’ll become easier. Overall the design of the app is fairly user friendly. Just explore through it all to make it easier to navigate.
