I’ve used this app/ride-share for a while now and I absolutely love the lower prices compared to Grab and Bolt. I always compare the 3 when searching for a ride and Maxim wins most often. My only issue is the in-app language translation in the messaging portion. If a driver sends a text, it doesn’t translate their language, which causes an issue when they’re trying to locate you. I’ve had several cancel because I couldn’t respond. Please, please, please fix that.

There are absolutely no drivers, sometimes u can end up waiting 20-40 mins for taxi. Prices are way more affordable than the other apps though. After waiting for extremely long period of time the taxi drivers that come are extremely rude. It used to be fine but something changed during the last month. Before the change however i’d rate 5.
Beware of extra tolls & poor customer service

big problem with tolls not being included! It was 65 myr from klia airport but the driver added 7 myr without telling me and app didn't give me a chance & support didn't help. Beware of extra tolls added without getting your permission when paying with credit card. you should never add hidden fees without consent! but at least the app worked! grab, eztaxi and gojek all had problems & late at night bus and subway stop working from airportFirst bus was 4:45 AM 15 MYR

The prices are much less than other ride’s apps. Most of the drivers are very professional. However, I am partial disabled and front passenger seat should be full forward so I can enter and exit the car. Also very few drivers smoke. But very much dislike smoke smell. I don’t want to disrespect the driver and tell them their car smelling very bad because of cigarette smoke. I tip drivers very well, they should respect customer and not smoke.
