Good app when it works. New version crashes when record is pulled up to edit. Using iPhone 7 Plus , iOS 12.4

This app definitely doesn’t deserve a 1-Star just because someone was too lazy to sign up for an account and learn this is a complimentary app for a paid CLOUD service. Actually, the service itself is amazing via the web and the app just helps you tap into your data quickly.I would like to see group select/actions added to the app as they are available on the web. Also the actions themselves are a little buried in the menu tree too. Minor issues that maybe could be addressed?

This software saved my business! Best thing I’ve ever purchased- it’s efficient, affordable, and user friendly. If you have ANY asset (equipment, IT assets, company cars, employees, etc) that makes your company function do the smart thing and keep track of them. It’s a one stop shop of asset tracking innovation.

App is garbage. Running from a desktop it refreshes every time you do something on the page so you have to scroll back down to whatever you was working on. Gets old real fast when you have to do it repeatedly for a large order. Decides to reorganize everything on its own and no way to change the way things are listed on page. Just a pain to use all in all. Can’t even use the support portal to try and figure something out.
