I’ve had this benefit plan for 6years and I have had nothing but difficulty. The right hand has no idea what the left hand is doing. If I wasn’t diligent about getting my reimbursement the claims would have never been paid. Some of the claims I have had to resubmit up to three times to get them paid. Very frustrating!!!
Adding funds challenge

I am having a hard time adding an account to be able to add funds. The app is not intuitive and is difficult to navigate. My account does not show 2020 even though it does show my 2020 activity.

I like that I can view my pin, I normally use my card online. It would be nice to be able to change the default pin. Even if it required a verification step.
Can’t link my insurance on
