I use the app every time I plan a Vegas vacation, or when friends ask for recommendations. This app has everything organized and easy to access. I purchased tickets for the Wizard of Oz at the Sphere in Vegas. Show up the night of the event to find out the event was canceled 7 months ago! Canceled Aug 2025. I was never notified. I was sent email stating I had been sent an email with the tickets - but I never received the tickets. Called customer service at noon the day of event and service person sent me a link for Ticketmaster so I could retrieve my tickets. upon arriving at the event I find out it was canceled last August and the new event was the Back Street Boys! I call customer service again and am told he cannot help me because the “specialized team” needs to monitor the event?? I asked how they could monitor an event that wasn’t taking place? He said they had to call the venue and confirm it was canceled and I needed to wait for an email from them. I asked how long I was expected to wait for an email since the event was canceled LAST AUGUST and they couldn’t bother to notify me it was canceled. Of course he just kept repeating that the “specialty team” was going to monitor it and email me! So basically they ripped me off of almost $400 and have yet to reimburse me. DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY!!

I recently went through the process of getting a refund for a canceled show and then I proceeded to purchase different tickets for a different show for the same day. I did this all on a desktop computer creating an account all that good stuff. Then I thought did they have an app? Would that make it easier? And there was an app and I downloaded the app and I logged into my account as I created it on a browser. And it does not recognize the purchase I have made. It says I have made no purchases. I don’t understand how if I can login with the same email address and password on the app and also the browser why the app does not recognize anything in my account.

Huge thumbs down. I knew in advance I needed to cancel my reservation, and have been trying for days on end to get a hold of someone there and after numerous emails, phone calls, voice mails left, NO ONE has responded. Now, we are nearly at the 48 hour prior mark where I can’t get all of my money back. Yet still can not get a hold of anyone there for two full days now. Phone just rings busy all day. And the two times I did get through, I left my place in line to have a call back- no one called. I also left a voice mail for a call back - no one called. I sent emails to their “customer service” - yup. NO ONE CALLS or replies to the email. Very poor customer service. I won’t use this app again. Deal straight with the hotel, people - they DID answer their phone but unfortunately couldn’t help me because I used a third party. Never again.
