I’m on a Iphone 12 max updated to the latest IOS VERSION…but The app keep loading ( and loading and loading… ) couldn’t get out the welcoming page ( Orange et moi).and I still remember the last time I used it was just such a waste of time yo have it on my phone, we are on the 2022 so please guys just download any “ foreign ” app and learn from it ( any Moroccan KID ON HIS 1st grade can make you a phenomenal app ).

All due respect to French being the official language of the country but the lack of additional languages, especially English in todays time of globalization is not only disappointing but borders on annoying.
Ios app not working for a week

It been more than 7 days since the app not working ever time I tried to open it it shows an connection error and says please try again later, i tried to open it form different WiFis and via 4G but the problem still appears
