What Our Fans Say
Extremely easy selling process
“Extremely easy selling process. Minutes from putting my tickets up for sale they were sold and money transferred. Great to know they went at face value (+fees) to someone who really wanted them. Looking forward to purchasing tickets from here too now. Would definitely recommend!” - JH
Highly recommended for a fair and honest transaction
“It is secure, trustworthy and efficient. I have used it a few times recently due to my husband's illness and all has gone perfectly and everyone was happy. We can be paid back for our tickets whilst someone else can use the tickets for a fair price knowing they are genuine - and the venue doesn't have empty seats!” - Lynn
I absolutely love Twickets
"I absolutely love Twickets, selling tickets for a concert or whatever that you can no longer attend due to unforeseen circumstances (which happens to everyone from time to time) to someone who couldn't get tickets at the time is just brilliant. Nobody buying tickets for profit purposes, nobody scamming anyone, just a decent system whereby tickets can be traded and everyone's happy :)” - Andy

Bought tickets a couple of times- worked well. First time selling- very clunky, allowing offers but I can’t counter, only accept or reject, appears I can only see offers via email and login on web not on this app, yesterday I could not adjust prices, today I can?? Selling process should be much simpler
Sellers Beware

I had a terrible experience trying to sell tickets for Hercules through Twickets. I received 15 offers and accepted at least 7 of them, but not a single one ever resulted in an actual sale. I ended up losing the full £170 with nothing to show for it.When I reached out to support, I was told that "making an offer is not a commitment to purchase" and that accepting offers "does not guarantee your tickets will sell." While I understand that technically, it raises a serious question: what is the point of the offer system if sellers can accept multiple offers and still walk away without a sale?Support also confirmed that this is "quite common” for the platform to regularly leave sellers in the lurch after generating interest that never converts. You can do everything right and still be left out the full amount with no explanation or recourse.Very disappointing experience. I do not recommend using this platform as a seller.
Terrible for sellers, great for buyers!

Despite listing my tickets (for a SOLD OUT event) for the exact same price I paid (on Twickets no less - had to buy two though only needed one), kept getting listing rejected as it was above face value. Must have submitted 15 times and showed increasing evidence of what I paid. Then I capitulated day of and listed face and it was rejected as event had started (though it is an All Day ticket and there are tickets for afternoon and evening). So many structural issues!
Great if the app is working - major issues lately

Great if the app is actually working. Lately I get errors or app shuts itself down every time I do anything.
We’ve made it easier to manage your Twickets account, with new profile, verification, alerts and notification settings screens. We’ve also improved navigation and refreshed our tour and event pages, adding clearer ticket and alert information so fans can quickly see how many tickets are available, how many have sold and how many alerts have been set up.
