Custom alert sounds Earlier, the app could play only two built-in sounds: Siren for high-severity alerts and Chimes for everything else. That made it hard to tell alerts apart without looking at the phone, and it was hard to remember which sound meant which kind of event. Organizations can now use their own alert sounds, so people hear a different tone based on how serious the alert is. Over time, you can recognize urgency by ear and react faster. Organization contacts on the Home screen In a hurry, hunting for a phone number or email costs time. Organization contact details now appear on the home screen, so you can quickly call or email the right team without leaving the app. Option to search field report types Field report lists can be long, and scrolling to the right type slows you down when something needs to be reported quickly. You can now search field report types instead of scrolling through the full list.
